As our esteemed Office Manager, she brings a wealth of experience, a compassionate touch, and an unparalleled dedication to ensuring the smooth functioning at Elite Dental Spa.  From managing patient appointments and overseeing administrative tasks to liaising with insurance providers and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, she executes every aspect of her role with finesse and precision. Outside of her role as Office Manager, Melanie is devoted to health and fitness. When she is not at the gym, she is spending time with her husband, daughter who's passion is break dancing and her pup Bolo!

Nikki

Dental Assistant

Meet Nikki! Our dedicated and experienced dental assistant who has been an invaluable member of our practice for the past 5 years. With her unwavering dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach, Nikki plays a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. Throughout her time with us, Nikki has consistently demonstrated her proficiency in various aspects of dental assisting, from chair side assistance with Dr. Heisler. Beyond her technical skills, Nikki possesses a natural ability to connect with patients, putting them at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. Her warm and empathetic demeanor creates a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and asking question about their dental health. Outside her role as Dental Assistant, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and her Doberman Knight!

Kimberly

Office Assistant

Meet Kimberly!  Kimberly serves as our reliable and dedicated office assistant. For the past 2 years, Kimberly has been an essential member of our team, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and providing exceptional support to both our staff and patients.  Since joining our practice two years ago, Kimberly has impressed us with her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. As our office assistant, she handles a wide range of administrative tasks with efficiency and precision, from managing patient appointments and records to coordinating with insurance providers and handling inquiries to creating our social media content.  Outside of her role as a Office Assistant, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and playing handball. Her positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious, bringing a sense of warmth and camaraderie to our office environment.

Shiva , RDH

Dental Hygienist

Meet Shiva! Shiva serves as our experienced and compassionate Dental Hygienist. As she graduated from Hacrum College Pennsylvania in 2013 with her AAS in Dental Hygiene.  Shiva's journey with our practice began 7 years ago, and since then, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to promoting oral health and providing personalized care to each patient she encounters.
With her gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail, Shiva performs thorough dental cleanings and oral cancer screenings, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care during their visit.   She regularly attends continuing education courses and professional development seminars to enhance her skills and knowledge, allowing her to provide our patients with the most up-to-date and effective treatments available.  

Outside of work, Shiva is a mom of 2, and is currently expecting! She continue to work with us part-time through her journey of being a mother.  Aside being a mother, she loves fitness and is dedicated to her favorite F45 training classes. Her nurturing and compassionate nature extends beyond the dental office, making her a valued member of our community and a trusted healthcare provider to all who seek her care.

Dental Hygienist

Meet Cheuk! She serves as our trusted and dedicated Dental Hygienist. Cheuk's journey began when she graduated New York University with her AAS in Dental Hygiene in 2006. With 6 years of experience at Elite Dental Spa, Cheuk has quickly become an indispensable member of our team, delivering exceptional care and expertise to our patients.  As a Dental Hygienist, Cheuk is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene and preventive dental care, empowering them to achieve and maintain optimal oral health for life. She has demonstrated a deep commitment to promoting oral health and providing personalized care to each patient he encounters.  Cheuk is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in dental hygiene. She regularly attends continuing education courses and professional development seminars to enhance her skills and knowledge, allowing her to provide our patients with the most up-to-date and effective treatments available.  

Outside of work, Cheuk enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking authentic meals. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a trusted healthcare provider and a valued member of our community.

Lauren , RDH

Dental Hygienist

Meet Lauren! She is our compassionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist, who has quickly become an invaluable member of our dental practice in just one year. Lauren graduated from Farmingdale State College with her AAS in Dental Hygiene in 2023. Soon after she joined our practice and since then, she has made a significant impact with her warm demeanor, gentle touch, and meticulous attention to detail. As a Dental Hygienist, Lauren is deeply committed to promoting preventive care and educating patients on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene habits for overall health and well-being. Despite her relatively short time with our practice, Lauren's dedication to continuous learning and professional development is evident. She actively seeks out opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills, staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in dental hygiene to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.

Outside of the dental office, you can find Lauren at the beach playing beach volleyball in the summers and basketball in the winters. She also enjoys to spend time with her friends and family. Her vibrant personality and genuine care for others make her a trusted healthcare provider and a positive influence in our community.
